Casarita

At Casarita we provide the opportunity for seven individuals to create their own home. Casarita has been providing residential care to a mixed gender group of individuals with a learning disability and associated needs since it opened in 2002.

Casarita is separated into four separate living areas : Front Annex is a one-bedroom apartment with its own large lounge, fully equipped kitchen and bathing facilities. The apartment has its own independent access and garden, as well as sharing the communal garden.

Rear Annex is a one-bedroom apartment with its own large lounge and a bedroom en-suite shower room. Kitchen facilities are provided in the main house to enable monitoring of health and safety issues. The flat has its own independent access and its own secure garden area.

Main House Ground Floor provides accommodation with three single bedrooms, one of which has en-suite shower facilities. One of the bedrooms has access to a ceiling hoist facility and the shared bathroom has a ceiling hoist fitted. There is a large lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen for tenants to prepare meals and drinks with appropriate support. It has its own independent access and shares the communal gardens.

Main House First Floor provides two one-bedroom apartments. They both have an open plan kitchen/lounge area and the bedrooms are en-suite. There is independent access to the first floor flats and they have access to the communal gardens.

Each tenant has decorated and furnished their room or apartment to their individual taste.

Casarita is in the village of Taverham, a suburb of the city of Norwich. It has many shops, cafes and public houses in the local area and transport links to the city of Norwich with its vibrant array of sporting, leisure and recreational facilities. Jeesal Group also provides a company vehicles for use as and when desired.

Middletons Lane

 

Middletons Lane provides the opportunity for six people with a learning disability to create their own home.

Middletons Lane opened in 2011, newly converted to provide one-bedroom apartments for six individuals with a learning disability and associated needs. Middletons Lane was specifically designed as a specialist service, providing residential care to individuals who may at times present with challenging behaviour and require 1:1 support. We promote independence and individuality following a supported living model, whilst meeting the individual’s needs for high support levels.

Middletons Lane provides six apartments and communal areas

  • There are six one-bedroom apartments, each with their own lounge, kitchen and en suite bathroom.
  • Four of the apartments are on the ground floor with patio doors opening onto a communal courtyard garden. One of the ground floor apartments has wheelchair access throughout and a fully equipped wet room.
  • Two apartments are on the first floor and have access to the communal garden through the communal areas.
  • We have the additional benefit of communal areas, a large living room, dinning room and garden room that leads into the courtyard and lawn.
  • This service provides high quality specialist care to individuals following a supported living model.
  • Each tenant has decorated and furnished their apartment to their individual taste.

 

Middletons Lane is in Hellesdon, a suburb of the city of Norwich. There are a variety of shops and amenities locally and excellent transport links to the city of Norwich with its wide variety of sporting, leisure and recreational facilities. Jeesal Group also provides company vehicles to be used as and when desired.

Lilas

At Lilas House we provide the opportunity for six people with a learning disability to create their own home

This has been achieved successfully since it opened in 1991. Lilas House provides residential care on a highly individualised basis to a mixed gender group of six tenants with a learning disability and/ or a physical disability and associated needs such as epilepsy, within the model of supported living.

Lilas House is a Victorian terraced house

  • It has six single bedrooms, two of which are situated on the ground floor with en-suite facilities and suitable for wheelchair access.
  • There are two bedrooms on each floor with fully equipped bathrooms on each level.
  • Each tenant has decorated and furnished their room to their individual taste.
  • Communal living areas at Lilas include a dining room and living room, which is a bright, cheerful room containing comfortable furnishings, leading onto the courtyard garden.
  • The open plan kitchen is fully equipped to a high specification providing facilities for the tenants to prepare drinks and meals with appropriate levels of support

 

Lilas is in the seaside town of Cromer on the North Norfolk Coast. It is a vibrant town with a good range of independent shops and well-know high street stores as well as an extensive range of sporting, leisure and educational facilities. Cromer has excellent transport links including bus, coach and rail services connecting Cromer to local towns and the city of Norwich. Jeesal Group also provides a company vehicle available for use as and when desired.

Shulas

At Shulas we provide the opportunity for six people with a learning disability to create their own home in two interlinked apartments.

Opened in 2005, Shulas provides residential care/assisted living support on a highly individualised basis to a mixed gender group of six tenants with a learning disability and/or a physical disability, within the model of supported living.

Shulas House is a terraced house split into two apartments.

  • Apartment One – has three single bedrooms, lounge, conservatory/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Two of the single bedrooms are on the ground floor with shared access to a large fully equipped wet room. The third bedroom is on the first floor with en suite facilities. The dining/conservatory area is used as an activities and study area, as well as dining.
  • Apartment Two – has three single bedrooms, all situated on the second floor, with lounge/ dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom as an en-suite shower room. The lounge is a very large room with separate dining and seating areas.
  • Both lounges are comfortably furnished providing a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
  • Both flats share and enjoy the communal courtyard garden at the back of the property.
  • The tenants are actively encouraged to personalise their bedrooms and take an active part in any decisions taken surrounding the communal rooms.

Treehaven

At Treehaven we provide the opportunity for eleven people with a learning disability to create their own home

Opening in 1988, we have successfully provided residential care on a highly individualised basis to a mixed gender group of eleven people with a learning disability and associated needs, such as autism. We have a high ratio of staff over a 24-hour period to ensure we can support and enable individuals with complex behaviours to lead an active and fulfilled life, achieving their personal goals.

Treehaven is divided into five separate apartments, including three one-bedroom apartments.

 

Treehaven is situated in the village of West Runton, which lies within a North Norfolk Conservation area and as such is an area of natural beauty. The village itself has several shops and local amenities as well as transport links to nearby towns and the city of Norwich. Jeesal Group also provides a company vehicle to be used as and when desired.

 

Two-bedroom Apartment

Westbrook House is in the seaside town of Cromer on the North Norfolk Coast. It is a vibrant town with a good range of independent shops and well-known high street stores as well as an extensive range of sporting, leisure and educational facilities. Cromer has excellent transport links including bus, coach and rail services connecting Cromer to local towns and the city of Norwich. Jeesal Group also provides a company vehicle available for use as and when desired.

 

One-bedroom Apartment (First Floor)

 

Ashwood is in the picturesque village of Buxton which nestles in the Bure Valley. It is has a range of amenities including post office, newsagents and public houses Buxton is an equal distant from the city of Norwich, Wroxham and Aylsham with its variety of sporting, leisure and educational facilities. Buxton has a regular bus service and Jeesal Group also provides a company vehicle for use as and when desired.

  • Apartment One has three single bedrooms on the ground floor, kitchen, lounge area, dining/activity room, and bathroom. One bedroom has a shower en-suite.
  • Apartment Two has five single bedrooms, kitchen lounge area, sitting/day room and dining room. There is also a bathroom and two bedrooms are en-suite.
  • Apartment Three is a one-bedroom apartment annex on the ground floor with kitchen/dining, lounge area and bathroom.
  • Apartment Four is a one-bedroom apartment annex on the first floor with kitchen, lounge/dining area and bathroom.
  • Apartment Five is a one-bedroom apartment annex on the first floor with kitchen lounge/dining area and bathroom.
  • There are two communal areas available for relaxation and activities.
  • Every apartment has a secure garden area to enjoy
  • The tenants are actively encouraged to personalise their bedrooms or apartments and take an active part in any decisions taken surrounding the communal rooms.
  • There is a horticulture project on the Treehaven site where vegetables and plants are grown with the input and care provided by the tenants.

Treehaven Bungalows

At the Treehaven Bungalows we provide the opportunity for eleven people with a learning disability and /or autism to create their own home

The Treehaven Bungalows are named Woodys and Reynolds and are purpose built and interlinked. We opened in 2005 and with our high staff ratio on duty throughout the 24-hour period we can support and enable individuals with complex behaviours to lead an active and fulfilled life, achieving their personal goals.

The Treehaven Bungalows are divided to provide four apartments

  • Woodys provides four ground floor bedrooms with two en-suite shower rooms and a specially adapted bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen enabling tenants to participate as fully as possible in preparation of meals and drinks. There is also a large communal lounge and dining area. The separate annex provides a one bedroomed apartment for an individual with the flexibility of accessing communal areas if desired.
  • Reynolds mirrors the layout of Woodys, providing five ground floor bedrooms with two en-suite shower rooms and a specially adapted bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen enabling tenants to participate as fully as possible in preparation of meals and drinks. There is a large communal lounge and dining area. The separate annex provides a one bedroomed apartment for an individual with the flexibility of accessing communal areas if desired.
  • The interlinking area between the two bungalows provides an office and a second lounge, together with the sleep in room.
  • The bungalows have large, separate and secure garden areas that are enjoyed.
  • The tenants are actively encouraged to personalise their bedrooms and take an active part in any decisions taken surrounding the communal rooms.
  • There is a horticulture project on the Treehaven site where vegetables and plants are grown with the input and care from the tenants.

Vicarage Road

At Vicarage Road we provide the opportunity for six people with a learning disability to create their own home.

We provide residential care on a highly individualised basis to a mixed gender group of six people with a learning disability and associated needs, such as autism, within the model of supported living. At Vicarage Road we provide the independence of single living in individual apartments with the additional benefit of communal areas for use as and when desired. This flexibility reflects the needs and wishes of the tenants who live at Vicarage Road. Vicarage Road is made up of three one-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment and was opened in 1995.

The house is separated into four apartments

  • Apartment One – provides accommodation for a single person with a large lounge and bedroom with en suite facilities.
  • Apartment Two – provides accommodation for a single person with a lounge, separate kitchen area and bedroom with en suite facilities.
  • Apartment Three – provides accommodation for a single person with a lounge, kitchen area and bedroom with en suite facilities.
  • Apartment Four– provides accommodation for three people with single bedrooms, one of which is en suite, there is a communal bathroom with bath and shower facilities, lounge and kitchen diner.
  • Each tenant has decorated and furnished their homes to their individual taste.
  • Tenants have access the large communal kitchen and separate lounge area as and when they wish
  • There is a small courtyard garden at the rear of the property, which is used for barbeque's, social gatherings or a quiet period of relaxation

Westbrook House

At Westbrook House we provide the opportunity for six people with a learning disability to create their own home.

WWestbrook House is divided into a one-bedroom apartment, a two-bedroom apartment and three single bedrooms, one with en suite facilities.

One-bedroom Apartment

  • The large one bedroom flat is a separate basement apartment with separate entrance. It has a kitchen, lounge, activity room and bathroom as well as its separate courtyard garden.
  • The two bedroom flat shares a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom.
  • There are three single bedrooms, one with en suite facilities and bathroom.
  • Communal areas include a large comfortable lounge, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted to a high specification providing facilities for the tenants to prepare meals and drinks with varying levels of support.
  • The enclosed courtyard garden lies at the back of property and is accessible to all the tenants via the communal areas.
  • Each tenant has decorated and furnished their room or apartment to their individual taste.

Ashwood House

At Ashwood House, we provide the opportunity for seven people with a learning disability to create their own home.

Ashwood House, opened in 1999, provides residential care accommodation for seven people with a learning disability and associated needs. The house provides accommodation for five individuals in the main house with two adjoining, one bedroom apartments.

The Main House

  • Provides five single bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom upstairs, four of which have en-suite facilities.
  • The ground floor is fully accessible to those that require wheelchair assistance. There is a ground floor walk in shower facility.
  • The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to a high specification providing facilities for the tenants to prepare drinks and meals with appropriate levels of support.
  • There is a large lounge with a dining area and conservatory. All of which are comfortably furnished creating a relaxed atmosphere for all to enjoy.
  • Each tenant has decorated and furnished their room to their individual taste.

 

One-bedroom Apartment (Ground Floor)

  • On the ground floor, there is a one-bedroom apartment with its own independent access. The facilities include lounge, kitchenette/dining room and shower room en suite facility. The kitchenette is fully fitted and equipped to a high specification providing facilities to prepare meals and drinks with appropriate levels of support.
  • There is a private garden that provides a safe and relaxing area.
  • On the first floor, there is also a one-bedroom apartment with its own independent access. The facilities include lounge, kitchen and bath/shower facility. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to a high specification providing facilities to prepare meals and drinks with appropriate levels of support.
  • There is also a private garden that provides a safe and relaxing area.

Salcasa

At Salcasa we provide the opportunity for five people with a learning disability to create their own home.

Salcasa opened in 2001, providing residential care services for a mixed gender group of five people with a learning disability and associated needs in this modernised bungalow. This includes a one-bedroom apartment annex.

Salcasa

  • The main house has four single bedrooms all of which have full en-suite facilities, as well as two communal wet rooms
  • There is a large comfortable lounge area and adjoined conservatory.
  • The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to a high standard. As with all homes it forms a central part for all tenants to prepare drinks, or a variety of meals with the level of support required.
  • The tenants are actively encouraged to personalise their bedrooms and take an active part in any decisions taken surrounding the communal rooms.
  • To the front of the bungalow there is a small garden area and parking facility. To the rear of the property there is a large garden and patio area which is mainly laid to lawn. This area is secure and designed to enable the tenants to enjoy both their home and garden.

 

Annex
To the side there is a one-bedroom apartment annex that has its own independent access, whilst being linked to the main house. The accommodation comprises of a large single bedroom with full en-suite facilities and a large lounge with kitchen area included.

Creswick

Creswick House has successfully achieved this since it opened in 1992. In 2002 the house was subdivided into two interlinked living areas, the downstairs has developed into a specialist unit for eight elderly adults with a learning disability. The upstairs unit provides support to five adults with a learning disability within the model of supported living.

Specialist Elderly Support

  • The downstairs unit has been developed as a specialist elderly service that strives to preserve and maintain dignity, individuality and privacy within a warm and caring environment.
  • Two of the eight bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and there is a separate assisted bath and walk-in shower facility.
  • There are communal areas, which include a dining room, large lounge, and smaller seating area that is comfortably furnished providing a relaxing atmosphere.
  • There is a fully equipped kitchen to a high specification providing facilities for tenants to prepare drinks and meals with appropriate levels of support.

 

First Floor

  • The first floor unit has five bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities, another has a W.C and there is separate shower and bathroom facility.
  • There is a fully equipped kitchen for the use of the tenants with appropriate levels of support and communal areas include a dining room and separate lounge.
  • On the second floor there are two multi-purpose activity rooms available to facilitate various therapeutic activities.
  • The tenants of the ground floor and the first floor unit have split the large garden at the rear of the property for separate use.
  • Each tenant has decorated and furnished their room to their individual taste.

 

Creswick House is in the market town of Fakenham, which lies halfway between the Kings Lynn and Norfolk. It is a vibrant town with a good range of independent shops and well-know high street stores as well as an extensive range of sporting, leisure and educational facilities. It has excellent transport links and described as the ‘Gateway to the North Norfolk Coast’. Jeesal Group also provides a company vehicle for use as and when desired.

Heathers

At Heathers, we provide the opportunity for 9 individuals to create their own home.

Heathers opened in 2008, providing residential care for individuals who have complex behaviours resulting from the issues around their learning disability and/or autism. There is a high ratio of staff on site over a 24-hour period allowing 1:1 support where there is an identified need, whilst promoting independence within the supported living model.

At Heathers there are two main buildings, The Barns and The House.

The Barns

  • The Barns are a recent conversion providing five one-bedroom apartments and one two bedded apartment. All the apartments are on the ground floor level.
  • Each apartment is self-contained with its own bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom facilities.
  • The Barns apartments all face onto a communal courtyard garden.

 

The Farm House

  • The House provides two one-bedroom apartments.
  • Each apartment is self-contained with its own bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom facilities.
  • The House has an enclosed garden.
  • Each tenant has decorated and furnished their apartments to their individual taste.

 

Heathers is half a mile from the seaside village of Bacton on the North Norfolk coast. The village has several shops, public houses and restaurants as well as the beautiful beach. The town of North Walsham is within 10 minutes drive with its wide range of sporting, leisure and recreational facilities. Jeesal Group also provides company vehicles for use as and when desired.
